Teak wood supply
- Teak is a natural material. Colour, grain, knots and small variations in size and finish are normal and are not defects.
- We supply timber in the grades, sizes and quantities confirmed in your order or quote.
- Please check the timber on delivery and tell us about any concern promptly, so that we can look into it.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, transport and other factors outside our control.
Home construction
For cottages, farm houses, dream houses, resorts, cafés and other builds:
- The scope of work, drawings, materials, price, payment schedule and timeline are set out in the written agreement for your project, and that agreement applies over these general terms.
- Changes you ask for after work has begun may affect the cost and the timeline, and will be agreed with you before we proceed.
- Timelines depend on approvals, site access, weather and the timely supply of information and decisions from you.
- You are responsible for confirming that you own or have the right to build on the land, and for any permissions that apply to your site, unless we have agreed in writing to handle them.
Using this website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
- Send us false, misleading or spam enquiries
